| What is InfoPort™ ? |
| InfoPort™ is a web-based groupware application designed to meet the needs for Organizing, Managing and Retrieving company Information, turning it thus into Knowledge. InfoPort™ is a modular system. It consists of the following modules: Archive, AddressBook, InTouch, ToDo,
TextBoard and AssetShare. |
| Where it is addressed to? |
| Innovis has developed InfoPort™ in order to provide small and medium enterprises with an easy-to-use software application that meets their collaboration and information-sharing needs. |
| What are the technical requirements? |
| The InfoPort™ ASP service runs on innovis servers and the only technical requirement for gaining access is an Internet connection and a browser. In this way, the users are spared the hardware and maintenance costs for the servers. |

| Does it run on internet/intranet
environment? |
| InfoPort™ is based on web
technologies so that it can run on Internet/Intranet
environments, in one or more associate companies or
workgroups. Access
to InfoPort™ is supported 24*7, irrespectively of the
geographical location, with a single condition, the
presence of a PC with an Internet browser. |
| How much does it cost? |

| How many users can I create? |
| InfoPort™ is designed so as you be able to create
any number of users and contacts. With InfoPort™, you
are only charged by the exact number of users in your
group. |
| About Your Data |
| What does InfoPort™ do with my personal
information? |
| As clearly stated in our privacy statement, all your
information is and remains private. |
| Who owns the data? |
| You own your data. Innovis has no right to access
your data. |
| How secure is my data? |
| InfoPort™ uses widely accepted standards for data
encryption and protection. All of your data is available
only to you through a user id and password login. |
| How can I export any data? |
| InfoPort™ gives you the opportunity to search for
entries in the AddressBook and export them to an .xls
file. You may just open the file or save it on your hard
disk in order to further edit it. |

| What do I do if I forget my
password? |
| Contact your organization administration. He is
responsible for creating the group of users and
therefore keeps all login data. |
| What do I do if I forget my user ID and
password? |
| Refer to your organization administration. In case you are the organization administrator and you have lost your user ID and password, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at
InfoPortASP@innovis.gr. |

| Can I see how many books I have
borrowed? |
| It is easy to see how many books you have borrowed
by selecting "Borrowed Items" from the Archive menu . |

| How do I edit contact
entries? |
Search for a contact in the AddressBook of
InfoPort™. You may edit or delete a contact from the
database using the respective icons

| How many different kinds of contacts are
there? |
| When creating a new contact entry,
you have to specify whether it is a: |

Company contact (a contact that is important to all users) |

Favourite contact ( a contact we refer to most often) |

Personal contact (a contact that can be accessed only by its owner) |

| How do I invite people who are not members of InfoPort™ to a meeting? |
| By creating a new meeting, InfoPort™ undertakes to invite by e-mail all meeting participants, even if they are not
registered users of the application. |
| How do I attach notes to meetings or meeting
minutes? |
| By creating a new meeting, you have the opportunity to attach any document stored in the text board module TextBoard . |
| If I send a message to someone, how can I
tell if they've received and read it? |
| In InfoPort™ it is possible to tell if others have
received the messages you have sent to them. This can be
achieved by selecting "Delivery Notice " when creating a
new message. |

| How do I create a new task? |
| In order to create a new task and assign it to
someone else (or yourself), you simply have to enter
data about the following: |

| On Text Board you can publish any article of common interest to the database of InfoPort™. To do so, you have to specify the following: |

| While booking an item, am I able to check whether or not it is already booked by another user? |
| Yes. If the particular item is already booked by
another user, InfoPort™ lets you change the date and
time you want to book it. |

| How do I add a user to my
group? |
| You create a new user by entering the following data: name, e-mail, telephone number, username and password . Then you have to select one up to seven Right groups Access Rights for the particular user: |

| How do I enable and disable access to
users? |
On the user catalog, by pressing on the
icon you can change the user situation status from Active Enabled to Inactive Disabled & the opposite. |
