A user may request to book a particular printed material, which he/she has to return to the library after a certain period of time. Moreover, the user is able to search & retrieve filed material according to different search criteria, such as title, author, subject & various keywords. AddressBook: Store online & retrieve addresses, telephone numbers, as well as other contact information of customers, suppliers and business partners. AddressBook is integrated with InTouch, so it is easy to keep track of the progress of meetings & events with customers & partners. Contact information can be recorded either as public (can be accessed by every registered user) or private (can be accessed only by the user who initially stored it).

InTouch: In Touch organizes and manages user:

	communications with customers/partners (through telephone, fax, e-mail, etc)
	appointments/meetings
	internal and external messages

Meetings calendar: InfoPort™'s meetings calendar helps users keep track of and maintain their individual or group schedules. The calendar also allows the creation of meetings and can help detect schedule conflicts for invitations & find available time slots.

ToDo: maintain and update the "to do list", as well as assign tasks to other members of the workgroup. It is worth mentioning that InfoPort™ has extensive recurring event capabilities, and it even handles randomly repeated events.

TextBoard: publish articles of common interest (announcements, events, business strategies, reports, etc). Those articles might concern a particular individual, a workgroup or the company as a whole & can be also linked to a specific meeting.

AssetShare: management & use of commonly used objects and space (such as portable PCs, projectors, meeting rooms, etc). The user is able to view the date & time that a particular item has been reserved, as well as book one object or space by himself/herself.
