| Archive is InfoPort™’s lending library for software,
hard copies, electronic files, bookmarks, books and
magazines. |
| With Archive we can manage all printed and electronic
material of a business enterprise. Archive is InfoPort™’s
lending library. This virtual lending library aims at
giving any time information to the user, about the
availability of relevant business resources; in
particular, whether the requested material is available,
whether it is in printed / electronic format, where is
its physical location, etc. |
|
In case the user is interested in the above – mentioned
information, he is able to address the Archive
administrator. In other words, the Archive administrator
is the administrator of the lending library. In turn,
the administrator of the lending library will process
the request of the user, lending him the printed or
electronic material, for a particular period of time. On
the other hand, the user has to return the borrowed item
to the lending library, before a certain time is due. |
