| AddressBook is your address book and information
storage for the people and businesses you communicate
with. With AddressBook, you can manage contacts and in
particular store telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and
any other information that relates to a contact. All
contact and company information can be shared from one
central location, so that your team has
access to
up-to-date information. |
| With AddressBook you can online register all contact
information of customers and partners and create a
complete database with contact details. With InfoPort™ AddressBook, you can ideally manage contacts of
customers and partners. |
| The entries of this contact information database
can be grouped into three main categories. |

contacts (contacts that are important to all users) |
|
 |
favorite
contacts (contacts that we refer to most often) |

personal
contacts (contacts that are accessed only by their
owners) |

The menu of AddressBook includes the following options to
manage contacts: |

New contact: “New Contact” page on InfoPort™
AddressBook provides easy-to-use online forms for the
import of new contacts. |
|
Contacts: “Contacts” in AddressBook includes
various lists of contacts: total list of contacts,
company contacts, favorite contacts and personal
contacts.

Update contacts
|
|
To manage
contacts, edit or correct contact information of
customers and partners can be a burdensome task. However
with InfoPort™ this is almost an automated procedure:
There are cases where contact details of a particular
company are changed (e.g. a company moves to a new
building, a company changes its phone number, etc).
Also, there might be cases where the same company is
stored twice or even three times in the database of the
system with missing or incomplete data each time.
"Update contacts" page on InfoPort™ gives us the
opportunity to globally change contact information for
particular companies, sparing the time and effort of
correcting contact details of each one entry in the
AddressBook database. “Update contacts” page can help us
centrally manage contacts, correct or edit them. |

Search: With “Search”, you can search entries
with various search criteria, retrieve them from the
AddressBook database and manage contacts.

Export: There are two ways you can export
AddressBook contacts from InfoPort™: either print them
or export them into an .xls file. |
|
Categories: with AddressBook “Categories” you are
able to add, edit or delete various categories of
contacts (e.g. customer, partner, provider) in order to
characterize a contact before entering it into the
database. |

Emergency phones: This page provides quick access
to emergency phone numbers.
|
|
Official holidays: InfoPort™ informs us about
official holidays. |
|
AddressBook is integrated with
InTouch, so it is easy to
keep track of the progress of meetings and
communications with customers and partners. |
